By accessing or using IAAC's website, online learning platform, or related services ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"), the IAAC Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Proctoring Privacy Addendum, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use IAAC services.
In these Terms, "IAAC," "we," "us," and "our" mean IAAC Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, together with its affiliates and regional academies.
You must be 18 years of age or older, or 16 or 17 with documented guardian consent. You must provide accurate and complete account registration information and keep it updated. Some programs, including clinical programs, are restricted to licensed physicians or other credentialed professionals as stated at registration, and meeting the age requirement does not satisfy those additional requirements.
IAAC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal educational purposes, and to apply what you learn within your own practice or business.
You must not:
IAAC may terminate your license and access immediately if you violate these restrictions.
4.1 No subscription or membership is required to purchase or use IAAC Online Courses.
4.2 When you purchase an Online Course, you receive Lifetime Access to the Purchased Version, as described in the IAAC Terms of Service. Lifetime Access lasts for as long as IAAC continues to offer that version on its learning platform, and it does not expire after a fixed period.
4.3 An updated, revised, expanded, or replacement version of a course is a separate product and requires a new purchase. Minor corrections and maintenance updates to a Purchased Version do not create a new version.
4.4 Live Sessions are scheduled events and do not carry Lifetime Access. Live Session terms are set out in the IAAC Terms of Service.
4.5 Access is personal to you. Sharing credentials or access is prohibited, and IAAC may suspend access where it reasonably suspects sharing or unauthorized use.
4.6 You are responsible for confirming which course and version you are purchasing before payment.
4.7 IAAC may stop selling any course or version at any time, which does not end access for existing purchasers. The limited circumstances in which a Purchased Version may be removed are described in the IAAC Terms of Service. No refunds, credits, or reinstatements are given for non-use or incomplete progress.
5.1 Courses are sold individually. A Bundle is a single product, and Bundle pricing applies only when the Bundle is purchased as a whole.
5.2 IAAC does not guarantee that any course or Live Session will continue to be offered for sale. We may update, replace, or stop selling courses at any time without notice. Stopping the sale of a course does not end Lifetime Access for existing purchasers of that version, as described in the IAAC Terms of Service.
5.3 Course content is provided for educational purposes only and does not grant professional licensing unless explicitly stated. Completing a course or program is not a license, certification, or accreditation to practice any profession or perform any procedure.
5.4 Course content is general education and is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other professional advice. IAAC does not guarantee any particular result or outcome.
6.1 All course fees and Live Session fees must be paid in advance.
6.2 All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
6.3 IAAC is not obligated to refund fees for non-use, unused access, missed or partially attended Live Sessions, content that is replaced, updated, or no longer offered for sale, or user account termination due to violation of these Terms.
6.4 If a payment fails, IAAC may immediately suspend access until payment is received.
6.5 All payments to IAAC, including course purchases, event registrations, and other charges, are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. No refunds, credits, or extensions will be provided for:
6.6 Students are responsible for confirming the course and version, the Live Session date, and the eligibility requirements before making payment.
6.7 The only exceptions are those stated in the IAAC Terms of Service, namely cancellation or rescheduling of a Live Session by IAAC and cancellation of an Order because of an error.
All IAAC content, including course materials, videos, lesson plans, worksheets, templates, graphics, and branding, is owned by IAAC or its licensors. IAAC's names, logos, and marks may not be used without written permission.
You are granted only a personal, limited-use license and no ownership rights.
Instructors warrant that content they submit is original or licensed and does not infringe third-party rights.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to IAAC, you grant IAAC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you. You keep ownership of your own business information. You are responsible for the content you submit and must not submit anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
IAAC strives to ensure that course materials are accurate and up-to-date, but the aesthetics and cosmetology fields evolve quickly.
IAAC makes no guarantees that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues beyond our control.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
IAAC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profit, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities).
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid IAAC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
IAAC is not responsible for failures of third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, conferencing tools, or internet connectivity.
These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IAAC, its affiliates, and their respective members, managers, officers, employees, instructors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, your misrepresentation of eligibility or credentials, or your use of IAAC materials in your practice or business.
IAAC may correct, maintain, and improve course materials to improve quality or meet regulatory standards without obligation to notify users individually. Substantial updates are released as Updated Versions under the IAAC Terms of Service.
IAAC may update these Terms from time to time. Significant policy changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date, and continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes to access or refund terms do not apply to purchases completed before the change.
Links to external sites are for convenience only. IAAC does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content or practices. The Site is delivered through third-party platforms and payment services, and their terms and policies also apply to your use of them.
IAAC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without refund, for violations of these Terms, academic misconduct, misrepresentation of eligibility, fraudulent or abusive payment activity, or harmful behavior toward other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts. The dispute resolution, class action waiver, and claim period provisions of the IAAC Terms of Service also apply. If you live outside the United States, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract still apply to you.
Your use of IAAC services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Proctoring Privacy Addendum, which are incorporated into these Terms.
These Terms apply together with the IAAC Terms of Service. If they conflict, the Terms of Service control on matters of purchases, access, Live Sessions, payments, and refunds, and these Terms control on matters of website use and acceptable use. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will stay in effect.
