3. License and Acceptable Use

IAAC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You must not: a) Modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any IAAC materials without written consent. b) Use IAAC materials for commercial purposes without authorization. c) Share, sell, or transfer your account access to another person. d) Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Site. e) Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. f) Upload IAAC materials to other servers or platforms without consent. IAAC may terminate your license and access immediately if you violate these restrictions.

4. Subscription and Access Rules

Active subscription required: Access to any IAAC course, program, or service requires an active paid subscription (monthly or annual). A subscription allows you to enroll in and purchase courses during the active term. If your subscription expires or is canceled, all access ends immediately, including to courses purchased during that term. Renewing your subscription does not restore access to previous purchases; courses must be repurchased. You are solely responsible for keeping your subscription active. IAAC is not responsible for notifying you beyond any automated reminders. No refunds, credits, or reinstatements are given for expired subscriptions.

5. Course Purchases and Availability

Courses are sold separately during an active subscription. IAAC does not guarantee the continued availability of any course. We may update, replace, or remove courses at any time without notice and without refund. Course content is provided for educational purposes only and does not grant professional licensing unless explicitly stated.

6. Payments and Refunds

All subscription fees and course purchases must be paid in advance. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. IAAC is not obligated to refund fees for unused subscription time, removed content, or user account termination due to violation of Terms. If a payment fails, IAAC may immediately suspend access until payment is received.
All payments to IAAC, including subscription fees, course purchases, event registrations, and other charges, are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. No refunds, credits, or extensions will be provided for: Expired subscriptions   Unused subscription time   Courses removed, replaced, or updated by IAAC   Termination of access due to violation of IAAC policies   Students are responsible for confirming subscription status and course access before making payment.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All IAAC content, including course materials, videos, lesson plans, graphics, and branding, is owned by IAAC or its licensors. You are granted only a personal, limited-use license and no ownership rights. Instructors warrant that content they submit is original or licensed and does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

IAAC strives to ensure that course materials are accurate and up-to-date, but the aesthetics and cosmetology fields evolve quickly. IAAC makes no guarantees that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues beyond our control.
